Notice for all students, parents, and guardians: The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) scheme, administered by the Bihar State Education Finance Corporation (BSEFC) under the Department of Education / Planning & Development, Govt. of Bihar, through District Registration and Counselling Centres (DRCC), is an EDUCATION LOAN SCHEME and NOT a scholarship, fee waiver, or free financial grant.
Funds provided under BSCC represent a repayable education loan sanctioned directly by the Govt. of Bihar (BSEFC) to facilitate higher polytechnic/technical studies.
The student is legally obligated to repay the loan amount as per Govt. repayment rules and EMI schedules following the course completion and statutory moratorium period.
Concessional interest rate of 1% simple interest applies for female, Divyang, and transgender beneficiaries; 4% simple interest applies for male students under Govt. rules.
Magadh Institute of Technology solely issues Bonafide Certificates & Fee Estimate Breakups without any intermediary charges. Approvals are strictly governed by BSEFC/DRCC.
